Brown Shugar is a small cute cafe at the front of shopping centre. It does not have a toilet but the shopping centre has a good accessible bathroom (about 100m away, under the same roof). Both inside and outside is accessible. There are disabled parking car spaces in the shopping centre car park (20m away from cafe). The cafe is basic but good for a bite or coffee between doing shopping. Staff are friendly
