upon request from the staff, they are very accommodating with showing the accessible features - there is an accessible entry on Healeys Lane and if you let the staff know in a booking that you require assistance they are more than happy to let you in through the alternate entrance. the toilet is a left handed railing toilet, but sadly the door is not automatic but is on the lighter side.
