Review

We chose this pub as it says on their website that it has wheelchair access so was pretty disappointed when we rocked up and the bouncer asked me to turn around so they could lift me up the step (totally unsafe and not possible with my wheelchair as I have a power assist motor on the back). My friend managed to help me get my front wheels up on the step and push me up with the assistance of a passer by but unfortunately the passer by pushed on my handles incorrectly and now I will need to get them fixed. There was a steep ramp down to the bistro area but it was doable. The disabled toilet was suitable but the door was heavy and didn't lock so people walked in on me. Food was good but I won't be back until they get a portable ramp for the front door.
