Wheelchair lift takes a while to operate
They have a lovely accessible bathroom and the restaurant has great vibes. However the wheelchair lift took a bit of time to get it out and working. At least 15 minutes mainly from staff not remembering how to use it. But it all worked at the end. Not a lot of parking options but Melbourne Central is across the road.

Table height 72. Wheelchair accessible toilet does not have automatic door. Inside has 2-3 steps but there is a wheelchair lift available. Staff seem friendly and have catered for wheelchairs before (book in advance to get most accessible table)

Wheelchair lift makes access doable, but not my preference
There are two steps into the restaurant only way down is with a platform lift operated by staff. My friend and I found it tricky to line up our power wheelchairs appropriately and it took quite a few times and some anxiety for the lift to work. It's great they have tried to solve the issue, it wouldn't be an issue for all, but we probably would personally go elsewhere. The accessible bathroom was good, space in the restaurant made it easy to move around. Staff were so lovely and accommodating. I have some food allergies, including shellfish, and they were great with these.
