Ramp at building entrance / Cookie’s front door isn’t flat access, very small step and isn’t a problem for most wheelchair users, though we have a ramp ordered and, on the way, to close this gap and increase accessibility.

We don’t have parking in venue, but there are parking garages within a small radius of the venue.

Good Vibes
There is a ramp at the front entrance, with an elevator to level one. However, the front door has 1 very small step - which might be a concern. However, apart from this - the corridors are wide to the bathrooms (which is accessible - very light door even though manual).

Friendly staff, ramp
The staff are friendly, there stairs but there is a elevator to the first floor, there is a small bump At the entrance to the first floor.

A vibrant and popular venue with a beer hall, cocktail bar and modern Thai restaurant all in one. There’s an accessible bathroom and an elevator to the first floor. The front entrance has a ramp, but there’s a small step to get in. A lively and bustling space in the heart of the CBD with friendly and welcoming staff.
