Had to transfer from chair which was difficult as manual chair would not fit under table due to lip underneath it. Chairs were banging into each other and I was made to feel an inconvenience as I refused to let them take my chair away. I didn’t want it damaged it was folded near me and it wasn’t in the way. It was suggested that I use crutches WT??. I had only been there once before many years ago before my accident
